7 tips for winter face care.

Winter is escaping from the sun but it also had its disadvantage.Winter gives a skin tough times. It doesn’t mean that you survive winter with bad skin. If you take proper and timely care of your skin then it might won't be that that evil winter on your skill.

Here I'm listing points which will help your face to fight winter:

1. Cleansing

Cleaning helps to remove all the dirty dirt from your face and also avoid drying of skin. Wash at least 2-3 times a day and deep cleanse at night before going to bed. Use cold milk and to fight dryness this winter

2. Scrubbing

Scrubbing is a must when it comes to a beauty routine. But during this winter, limit it to 2-3 times a day. Don’t forget to use the mild product instead of intense cleaning used during summer.

3. Moisturizing

Moisturizing is an important, especially during winter. Since your skin tends to dry, moisturizing is important. Use almond or olive oil instead of thick creams.

4. Water

Dry skin results in loss of moisture. Instead of moisturizing from outside using creams, go for water. Drink after regular interval. You tend to feel thirsty very rarely. But staying hydrating from inside helps you to keep your skin healthy.

5. Sunscreen

Winter Sun is more dangerous than summer even it seems like weak. Since your skin is dry and sun to it will be more dangerous to face. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen before stepping outside.

6. Lukewarm water

As soon as you wake up, wash your face with lukewarm water. This will remove all the oil stockpiled on your face. After washing, apply cold cream to it to avoid further dryness.

7. Stay away from Oily food

Avoid food cooked by heavy cheese, fried and having sugar content in winter as this puts more pressure on your body to divert energy into digesting.
